I recently just got back from Spain. Thanks to my beautiful girlfriend I spent q0 gorgeous nights in Barcelona and Ibiza. Everyone in Barcelona wore jerseys. Most of them were FC Barcelona jerseys. In fact, I bought myself a Lionel Messi jersey. If someone wasn't wearing a Fc Barcelona jersey it was either a Michael Jordan, LeBron James, or Kevin Durant jersey. Occasionally your Kobe, Larry Bird, Shaquille O'neal, and many other stars jerseys. There was very few that stood out to me though. Something where it draws your eye and you never thought to see that jersey. So for my last ranking of the summer, let's have some fun. I want to make it clear I am not trying to disrespect anyone (except for Dallas guy) by any means.
Honorable Mentions: Brooklyn Harden and Dallas.
These two jerseys hit the honorable mentions. Let's start with the James Harden Nets jersey. Harden is super star in the NBA. There's zero question to his talents by any means. James Harden in Brooklyn is a saga in his career that he clearly wasn't too happy. They're ultimately one of the biggest disappointing teams in NBA history. KD, Kyrie, Harden all together in Brooklyn. In two seasons, they played maybe 20 games together, and never made it far in the playoffs. So rocking a Harden Nets jersey after last season is a little bold.
Now the only reason the Dallas jersey made the list is because the dude was a little snippy with me at the pool about me living in Chicago. This bloke was from the United Kingdom and was stunned to see me alive after living in Chicago for 3 years. "Oh is it as bad as they say? That must be scary". Then went on to flex his Versace clothes. So I had to put him on blast a little. Dude was flexing designer but is rocking just a Dallas jersey. Dude couldn't pay that extra $20 to make sure that it says Doncic on the back instead of Dallas? Maybe he should invest into a Zach Lavine jersey instead.
#5: Seattle Russsss
This one isn't too bad. Russell Wilson is forever going to be a legend in Seattle, and probably go into the Hall of Fame as a Seahawk. Unless he wins like 2 bowls in Denver then who knows. Regardless the timing is just a little weird to be sporting ole Russ. I mean we are in the heat of Russell and the Broncos relationship right now. Broncos Country, Lets ride has been the meme of the offseason. Dude is our traveling with Head Coach Nathaniel Hackett like a couple of middle aged couples do. So to be sporting Dangeruss in the transition is a little tough.

#4: Valddy Jr
Once again this isn't too insane. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is one of the best bombers in baseball. What's weird about this is the lack of impact baseball has in Spain. It doesn't really have a major following by any means, so I loved to see a baseball jersey. This was the only baseball jersey I saw in my 10 days in Spain. So I was stunned to see a baseball jersey. The funny thing about Spain is I guarantee you every 1 in 3 people own a Yankees hat. No one owns a Yankees jersey.

#3: Rajon Rondo/Boston
Now were getting a little weird. Rajon Rondo has been a NBA journey man since 2014, playing with 7 different teams since then. Before that he was the star point guard of the Boston Celtics. He was an offensive genius generating point for some of the leagues best scorers in Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, and Kevin Garnett. The thing is he was the 4th best player on these teams always. So it's always a little weird to see someone rocking option number 4. Especially since he has been with 7 different teams since. Regardless of that this is still a cool ass jersey. I would most definitely rock a Rondo Celtics jersey.

#2: Cardiac Kemba/Boston
Yes, back to back Celtics jerseys on the list. Now the obscure levels are rising through the roof right now. I don't even remember Kemba Walker being in Boston it was that short lived. I mean this dude doesn't hold back either. He's got the whole Celtics uniform on. He is ready to rock. The Celtics are such a storied franchise with storied players. So when I came across a Kemba Walker jersey I was stunned. Now Kemba Walker is definitely a solid player in this league. He is no super star. This was gold for my blog when I cam across this jersey and I for sure thought it would hold the number one spot. Until I cam across #1... twice.

#1: Carson Wentz/Eagles
I am not stunned that people own Carson Wentz jerseys. Wentz really looked like the answer. In just his second season he looked poised to win MVP until he tore his ACL. After that things went down hill for Wentz. Nick Foles won a Super Bowl while Wentz watched from the sidelines. Which was like super weird. It made it look like it was the system more than it was Wentz. Then Jalen Hurts came along and Wentz eventually hit the sideline. Then he was traded to Indianapolis and things didn't go so hot. Now he is playing for the Washington Commanders, a massive division rival to the Eagles. I couldn't imagine anyone wearing a Mitch Trubisky jersey if he left and played for Packers just two seasons later. The craziest thing was I saw two Carson Wentz Eagles jerseys in my time in Spain. I was stunned to see one, when I saw two it was like lightning striking twice in the same spot.
